One of the links between the servant and his lord is to mention Him via His remembrance. There is a strong relationship between heart and remembrance of Allah according to satisfaction, as Allah said:
“those who believe and whose hearts find comfort in the remembrance of Allah. Surely in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find comfort”. [13:28]
He also mentions that a person will live a miserable life if he astray or turns away from His reminder, as follow:
“But whoever turns away from My Reminder will certainly have a miserable life” [20:124]
In the Hereafter, the consequences are not pleasing because a chance in Donia is too late there, that’s what was mentioned in the rest of the verse:
“then We will raise them up blind on the Day of Judgment”.
As for supplication(Du’aa), it’s one of the important matters that shows the servant’s worship of Allah with pure intention and submission raising his hand with his need to his creator who knows everything about him and his life. Our great example(Qodwaa) prophet Muhammad used to supplicate(pray) to Allah every day.
It was narrated about Al-No’maan bin Bashir that the messenger of Allah said:
“Supplication (du’a’) is itself the worship. (He then recited:) “And your Lord said: Call on Me, I will answer you” [Sunan Abi Dawud 1479]
Both of them are among the actions that require the slightest effort and one of the simple actions that can be done as an imposing reward. So, you can take a huge reward for a little action.
